Waited until sea hit sand by jetty then 143/11m which was fully depowered at times and I was pleased I could handle in conditions. Lost board a few times going over larger surf (2.5 feet largest?) but dragged ok to it and able to stand long way out. Less surf further out, choppy but easier. I care too much about keeping upwind and would have been easier going out if I bore off more. Nice coming in smoother areas between short surf increased. Found it easier altering power and technique improved, but kite still wanders a lot. Gary out too, he's jumping and toe-side now. Feel good so 4*.
